I lost 10 years plus worth of progress after changing my phone

Hello, three days ago I changed my phone from iPhone 14 Pro to 16 Pro. After finishing the configuration of the new phone through mirroring, everything looks okay. PvZ2 was installed but when I opened the app, it asked me to create new profile. I reported this issues twice and two cases were opened and closed by the system without offering any solutions. Anyone else in the same situation as me but managed to resolve it? I’m totally heartbroken.

  • Hi thank you for the advice. I opened two cases previously and cases were closed with no support rendered at all. I opened a new case yesterday with good faith that you got your issue resolved via this channel. And wow I got my issue resolved finally. Support agent, Akshay, helped and resolved this issue on the spot. So I’m able to access my profile again with all the progress intact. Amazing. Thank you once again!

    go on the EA help website first,

    go to pvz2, and open a case about your lost progress and send screenshots of your account and device number before and after the data loss(You might have to complete some tutorial levels before you can see the new account and device number) When someone contacts you in your emails about it, reply so they know its still a problem after a while, if all goes well, they will give you another email saying they got your account back. Only thing that doesn’t come back are which plants you’ve favorited, everything else will be there. This does take time however.
