You said something about the player id, and never specified if it the old or new account that the id is needed of, should I try to send a support ticket and send reciepts of purchases to see if they could give me a small boost since some stuff has changed since I last played like you no longer get the keys to go to any world when you complete Ancient Egypt Level 8

Which were which player id you wanted (old or new device) and if I should go to support to see if they can give me a boost to try and get me back to where I would of been if I still had my old account?I am not employed by EA .All the people on this forum try to help with other players concerns and problems and do not appreciate your reply .
