Which were which player id you wanted (old or new device) and if I should go to support to see if they can give me a boost to try and get me back to where I would of been if I still had my old account?

I am not employed by EA .All the people on this forum try to help with other players concerns and problems and do not appreciate your reply . No one has to respond to a post . And I certainly will not be responding again to you. Manners cost nothing.Contact EA

I accept your apology. Hope someone else on the forum can help. I am no expert. I only post as I once lost all my progress and was able to get it back thanks to the people on this forum who told me what to do.

I was told how to contact EA by pressing the spanner then press help and then missing content .
You fill in the form and include screen shot of your id . Without your I D which you will find under download preferences they can’t do anything.
It creates a case and they will get back in touch via email.It can take a while .
Try and give as much detail as possible.
