I bought some exclusive shop offers in the pvz2 store and the payments went through no problem, but I haven't received the content. I have proof of purchase with my digital receipts. What do I do? I'...

I have the same problem, purchased successfully, but the plant still locked in Almanac and can't use it at all.

Not loading past title screen
