I fixed it, you can just go to EA customer support and ask for missing content and then you can tell them your problem, it might take a few days, but it is worth it
It’s the same for me but it’s my gems my gems just went completely negative and now I can’t buy anything with gems only with my coins this makes playing the game very difficult to play if I can’t buy anything with my resources.

It's called the resources doubling bug, has been a recurring problem for years, but there is a way of stopping it before the coins hit zero and EA HELP CENTER are the only people who can reset your resources levels.
Unfortunately, i forgot what it is so i suggest that if you need to know, you start by doing a Google search for the resources doubling bug.
