Infinite Restoring Purchases

EA helped me with Strawburst and I got it, but in shop I have infinite Restoring Purchases. It's just annoying bug, if I enter shop with Wifi turned off I can normally use it, but if I enter with Wifi and things's prices loads I get infinite loading. I have everything I bought so I don't need restoration, help.

Apologies for the delay in communication, We have shared this issue and the players running into it with our team.

Currently, we are looking further into this, We are aware the this happens on any connection type, and disabling your Wifi allows you past the message.

We are wanting to get further information about this, if you are currently running into this issue please respond with the following information.

- Device Model

- Manufacturer and OS version

- Game Version (Select the settings icon on the main menu > Select "Build Version")

- Player ID (Select the settings icon on the main menu > Select "Build Version")

Our team is still working on the issues, and testing a fix for this. Currently, I do not have a planned time on when it may be resolved but I hope for one to come soon.

Thank you to everyone that was able to provide us with information on this issue, We have made some changes and this should now be resolved.

You may need to check for updates and close the game and relaunch, but please check once you have a moment and let us know if you run into any more issues.

@EA_Illium I can add to this that originally I was going buy an early access of Solar Sage bundle when it becomes available but had changed my mind due to the fear of this bug and I am sure I am not the only player who has this worry.

@1rbyez53knc5 Nope...the only way is when the EA devs have found a fix in the next update. If in the next update, it goes away then its fixed. If not, then we have some more waiting to do.

You are smart not to buy something. I forgot the bug and bought the Goo Peashooter Bundle on July 14, 2021. It didn't go through, and though I logged a ticket about the problem immediately. I'm still waiting to this day and to this hour, August 8, 2021 for them to credit it to my account. My case says it's still in progress. I've provided for them all the information I can, but I haven't seen or heard from them since July 31, 2021. I've heard other players say they are ignored too after a certain point of wheels spinning.

I have played this game using my account on three different tablets and my phone. I have also tried different accounts on two different tablets. They all have the same problem.
This is obviously a software problem with the game, and not an Operating system or a hardware problem.
