July calendar and Summer Nights not collectable

Had the same issue with the June Calendar for a while but it eventually fixed. The July calendar is now broken and the Summer Nights event calendar is broken as well. The Champions Season calendar is...

EA devs, and I tried to contact you guys using this forums. My issue has not been solved and now i can't collect rewards for July. Please help. I tried all troubleshooting, and nothing is fixed.

  • Device Type and Model: Note 12 and Infinix Model
  • Date the issue first started? - July 1, 2023
  • Are you getting an error message? - I cannot collect July rewards
  • If possible a screenshot or clip

    @SS_Sharkz Join the MCR (missing calendar rewards)! It's FREE! Thousands have joined to complain to EA all to no avail!! But at least club members can complain & commiserate with all the other players. You can also TRY, i say again, TRY, to go to help center & put a claim for missing rewards. Unfortunately the MCR cannot do this for you. Some type of union thing i think. They also might be on strike since getting any type of response is impossible. Any way, good luck with your claim, you are going to need it . Remember the MCR is free. Tell all your friends, it just might help. So 😔.

    Same problem Since the first Day.of july... .. June. The same I lost all the month.

    Device Type and model : Huawei p30- Android 

    Date. The issue first started: july 1 2023

    Are you getting an error message : I Can't collect July reward, the month gift, Summer night, champion season...
