[Known issue] Arena shutting down

It is NOT solved. 

It's ending tomorrow and we all missed out on awards, lost gauntlets, will not win diamonds and coins and wasted diamonds buying gauntlets. For the first time in very long I will be on the very bottom and it will not be because I didn't play.

Everyone should be compensated for their losses according to their player history.

Other issues

1. lower prices for plant upgrades 
2. More adds to watch to earn diamonds They used to be more.
3. Stop giving seeds for dumb plants we don't even like for eg garlic. I have a gazillion seeds for plants I am never ever using and will never upgrade. 
4. Can we swop plants we don't use for other ones? 
5. Why are some only available to buy, but still we earn seeds for them as if they are obtainable or even wanted?
6. Like who is going to literally buy the electric current that gets eaten on one side and then it's useless? Or that glass that you have carpal tunnel after having to press it a million times in one game? Same goes for that very cute, but extremely demanding ice flower thingie and the banana you have to drag and drop. 
7. The power mints were also ridiculously expensive. You get 50 seeds for 100 bucks but you need like 1000 seeds before you can up a level. Madness.

I truly love this game and I will not delete it over these issues. I just know you can do better as I have been playing this game for more than a decade and some things improved, but some things such as mentioned above, were better before.

Thank you for keeping us entertained for such a long time without forcing us to buy plants and even creating a whole new way of getting plants and upgrading them for free. That part you can keep up. As long as you do,I will be one of your biggest supporters.

You will lose lots of players if the game gets too big for the average phone. I used to play PvZ2, Angry Birds and Mortal Kombat on one phone. Then Angry Birds came with their new pay pay pay so I deleted it. MK became too big and sadly I couldn't play it anymore. Deleted it. Please don't get to a point we have to delete you too. Remove the plants taking space. We can even vote which ones to keep the game sizeable. Tx

I'm having the same issue.  I'm on a S23 ultra.  I've tried everything you mentioned and still, after about 1min into an arena match,  the game force closes.  Even worse, my gauntlets, that I paid for with real money, are still consumed.  

I can play anything else on the game without any problems.  So it's not a network issue.  They owe me money at this point 

Exactly the same problem. Tried reinstalling but didn't help. Have tried dozens and dozens of times but it crashes every time. So frustrating when I'm trying to unlock the new plant! 

Arena still shutting down please fix

I have had this arena shutdown problem at least 3 times and each time I not only lose the game but it forces me to lose my streak as well. I buy gauntlets so this is double the pain. Please advise how you will refund me the lost gauntlets.
