Some of us invested A LOT of money in this game, so having a character problem that crashes the whole game IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. We are not interested in digging through a bunch of threads in a message board; that is not why we paid money for this game. There should be better mechanism for handling these issues other than pushing their customers onto a message board. Plain and simple.
To all unpaid active members who have contributed their time and effort in trying to help and giving advice to the unfortunate players experiencing problems with game crashing.
I think it is about time we let people who cannot be bothered to read and help themselves with the solution provided to vent their anger here, there is little more we can do.
@markekidd Maybe you should write to EA and ask for your money back.
- @eieio_31310 I agree....we should just stop replying and they can find out the answers in threads all over the board... maybe they think we can fix the problem if they whine here which wouldn't happen....
