I have had a fatal crash on my iPhone at the end of an Arena match, the App closed unexpectedly and after I restart, I got a single 'User Dave' profile as a new starter. 😮
After I restored my iPhone from the backup, I routinely checked the Player ID and noticed there was a new line of info EA Device ID. I check this on my other iphones and they all seems to have a unique set of alphanumeric text so I guess EA will be monitoring players with multiple devices and store the progress separately in the future.
For any forum members playing on multiple devices, I suggest you take a screenshot of each and keep the information in a safe place just in case it is needed in recovering your account and your progress in the future.
I am not sure if Android platform has the same change applied, so if you are playing the game with multiple android devices, could you check and confirm below please?

Thanks so much ,it happened to me over two years ago but then it was just the player ID as I just checked my screenshot, there wasn’t a device ID
New 11.0.1 update available on IOS.
I am told that there will be a short 7 days Thyme event starting next Monday 4th December, this is only available on the new 11.0.1 update. So i am checking this new update out this weekend and see if there is any newly introduced unwanted side effects. So far it seems to start up ok.
Could someone playing on Android confirm if this is the same please?
Both my android devices have updated and have the extra line for separate device ids.
Long Vu posted a YouTube video about the new 11.01 update a few weeks ago.
Have been dealing with support for about 2 weeks. For nothing but the run around about those of us that can't purchase in the game. They seem to have no idea how to fix it. Day they have forwarded the problem on, but that's it. Does anyone know how they fix these issues that multiple people have cause in ready to delete the game and move on.

I updated yesterday (android, uk) and since then i have been struck by the updating purchases bug.
The updating purchases flower comes on and won't go away if i enter the store or try to go to the adventure levels and after piñata party.
To escape, i do a soft reset of the game by clearing the game off my phone and restarting.

Dose this then work as normal and allow you to play Arena and Penny's Pursuit? If so, this is a workaround we can tell other forum members.
FYI, I have seen 11.3.1 update available on my iPhones but I am not brave enough to click the button.... 🤔
I haven't had a problem so far with arena, i haven't tried penny's pursuit yet but am about to and will edit this post when I've finished on my mastery and max profiles.
I was playing a spare, previously blank profile to fill my almanac which is how i found out about adventure levels being affected.
Obviously, i can't use the store because of this bug, but at LEAst i can still play arena by using the workaround.
The game updated automatically on my newer phone, the older one needed a lot of storage space for the update.
Thank you for the confirmation and I will share your workaround with other who might still want to play Arena. It appears it is sad news for players who need to access the original adventure mode and making purchases from store. I hope our CM is reading this message and alert the devs.
There is a new reward, 💎💎💎 for planting a sprout in the Zen garden, i claimed it then got the restoring purchases bug.
I didn't have any problems with bugs playing penny's pursuit in two different profiles.
