Lost all of my PVZ2 progress.

I had redownloaded the game after like a coupel of months, and when I logged in with my Game Center acocunt and when it gave me the identity conflict, my Game Center save had all of its progress wiped. I had 100% the entire main game, and had bought some premium plants and had plants leveled up. This save has been going on since 2014.

I emailed EA Help, game them my player ID, and all they said that can be done was give me 5 gems on a new save as compensation, then when I replied back, they suddenly "no longer" monitor this email address.
