Lost Arena Rewards
My game repeatedly crashed upon winning arena games. Losing me at least 26 seeds from the monthly bonus and the streak goal too.
When I tried to open a claim, I could not “renew/resume” my claim and was never able to speak to an agent.
Clicking on renew just sent me back to the same page and did nothing.
My claims are supposedly fixed/resolved but I was never able to connect to an agent, so I doubt that.
I have had a look on the new help menu.
For reclaiming something you have earned, there is only email option for contact.
Restore lost progress has a chat option and if you have no luck with email then I guess there is no harm to give it a try but please be prepared to accept the fact that the advisor might not be able to give you the missing items you wanted,
