lost my progress in pvz2

Hello! Please help me! I crashed the game Plants vs Zombies 2. And when I logged back into the game, my profile was gone. The "User Dave" profile appeared there again and the game started over. All my progress was gone, and I spent a lot of time playing the game. At the same time, all the achievements in Google Play have been preserved. I didn't enter an e-mail because the "send" button didn't work. I was just logged in with a Google account

Help me to restore the progress please

    Press the wrench in one in the game,then press help which will open a webpage.

    File a report I want to recover a deleted account.

    please be patient it doesn’t happen instantly you will need your player ID 

    This is found under download preferences 

    This is a forum for players so writing a negative review would be pointless 

    EA will respond via email

  • There is a thread that will help you with this.Basically you can’t do anything yourself and EA will have to restore your account

    Thank you. I don't know what to do anymore. EA is ignoring me. I was going to write a negative review. I am physically disabled. And I think it's discrimination. Please tell me to which e-mail address did you write to EA? (you mentioned it in that thread)

    @uma3d8enegh7 We do have a specific team that handles these once the case is created. If no one has responded, it is usually due to contact volume, or the case needs to be transferred. Sometimes it can take a few days for these cases due to volume and investigations.

  • Thank you, but you didn't understand me. I can't even apply for a solution to the problem so far. I think you had the buttons "Write to us by e-mail" and "Contact us in a chat" on this page (these buttons are shown in the screenshot on the help page). I don't have these buttons. I am ready to wait if someone accepts my data, but the fact is that they send me to a page where there is only one link - this is a link to this forum. And so on in a circle. And there is no "contact UV advisor" button either (I was told to press it in the reply from the help mail eamobile.com ). I have all the screenshots and Player ID ready, but I haven't been able to get an answer for several days. Who should I send them to? Where are the buttons "Start a chat with us", "write to EA advisor"? Why didn't they want to help me by e-mail "help...eamobile.com "? Why did they send me to write to some EA advisor if the "Write to EA Advisor" button does not exist? (I was cleaning the browser cache) And how can EA solve my problem if they still don't know my Play ID, e-mail, and haven't received my screenshots??? (I can't make my data publicly available here)

    Compare the screenshots - how my page looks and how these buttons are shown in the help (I cleared the cache, the latest version of chrome, I tried incognito too)

    PS By the review, I meant that I will leave a review on Google Play so that people know how EA does not give its contacts and does not help even people with disabilities (email "help...eamobile.com " I also found it on Google play on the PVZ2 page)
