Lost progress

I encountered a problem while playing on the iOS platform, when I entered the game, all my progress was reset, and all my game data  were gone. I’m very sure that it happened without my participation. However, I can still see all the achievements I earned in this game on the Apple Store. Please help me resolve this issue, I really hope my account can be restored!
