Missing achievements

Hello EA Support,

I am having a recurring issue in Plants vs. Zombies 2 on my Android device (Samsung A13). Several of my in-game achievements are not unlocking even after I complete the required levels. These include:

Beating Frostbite Caves

Beating Lost City

Unleashing a Far Future Gargantuar

Beating Ancient Egypt, Pirate Seas, and Wild West Vasebreaker

I play offline often, and it seems like my achievements are not syncing correctly. I already tried reconnecting to Google Play Games, clearing cache, restarting the game, and replaying the achievement levels, but nothing fixed the issue. This problem has happened to me more than once.

Could you please help restore my missing achievements or repair my cloud save so it can sync correctly again?
