Missing gems/coins

I just finished an arena level, and out of nowhere all my gems and coins Disappeared! It’s impossible to contact help for this game. On the help link, their only suggestion is to wait 24 hrs and restart the device. Neither did anything. With the addition of ads constantly, I might just drop this game if they’re going to take all my currency.

    I have had the same issue. After completing a level, ads, etc my coins and diamonds amount changes. I contacted help and they’re looking into my issue further but otherwise still no real resolution it seems so far.
