My little cousin just showed me an ad with a picture of a **bleep**

My little cousin was playing Plants vs Zombies 2 when an ad depicting a **bleep**, labeled parts, was displayed on his screen. It was a period tracker that i’ve used before, Flo. I went to the app store to check, and sure enough the game is for 9+, he’s 9. What in the world? If this game is not for adults or teenagers and includes a younger audience why would you include such ads on this game. It’s crazy.
