My PVZ2 cloud saving are lost,PLEASE return the progress:

My google play ID: likunyang98@163.com,

Email: [edit: email address removed].
 
 
I use google and email to logging and saving the game progress,
But the progress are all lost today(Oct.17 2021),including the cloud saving. 
The advanture progress is Far Future，Day 14.

Please help to restore the progress.

    @mielittlesheep 

    This forum is for the western version of pvz2, you have the chinese version so I suggest you find the right forum, also you should never publish your player id number on a public forum,  you make yourself vulnerable to hackers.

    I don't know wether you are official or not.I just want to take back my progress.

    I download from Google Player, so I'm sure I download the national version, not Chinese version.

    I have never seen a version of pvz like this before,  it's not a western version and I think it's chinese pvz1.

    Again,  you need to find the correct forum and contact EA HELP.
