My screen freeze after clicked play

UPDATE 2: I also noticed the background animation and sound effects still work while the game is frozen. This shows the app isn’t crashing — it’s stuck trying to load something (probably my cloud save). I tested this on another device and the same freeze happens. Please help reset or fix my save.

UPDATE: I tested my account on another iOS device and the exact same freeze happens after pressing “Play.” This confirms the issue is with my cloud save or game profile, not the device or network. Please help — I can’t access Settings to give my Player ID, but I can provide anything privately if needed.

I tried to reinstall my pvz2 data but it did not work, i haven’t tried resetting pvz2 data yet. Do you know how to do that?

Is an email connected to your pvz2 acc, if not please do? - DO NOT TELL ME UR EMAIL.

If your email is connected, attempt to delete and reinstall or reset pvz2's data.
