Negative coins amount

After the recent update I have incorrect coin/ gem counts. 
I have a -1,900,000,00 coin amount and my gem amount is much higher than it should be. What can I do to get the correct amounts posted to my account? 

I have the same issue, my coin amount and gems are in the minus millions.

I have a negative coins  balance. I’ve been to EA support 3 times without success.  I play on an iPad with latest ios version.

Hello, I have the same problem since January and still no luck until now. it was working fine on my iPhone and when I downloaded it on my iPad, my coins became - 2 billion :(
