Today the game forced update. And now this game is horror.1. Game is Closed everywhere.a) Claim reward - game are closed.b) Open game - game are closed.c) Penny Persuit - game are closed. After you win. But you win fuel for fight.d) Piniata - game are closed. Not rewards. Closed when you fight. e) Arena - game are closed.f) You buy on store for gems. Game are closed after...g) Watching adds - game are closed.2. Sound bugs. Still Music and Sound with bugs.3. Piniata Party don't have save option. Only exit and resume. If you has bug who closed game - piniata bloced without rewards. Now game Has more bugs Like previous. Not Ready to play.Fix - delete game. Or wait month for next update.

I have solution. Now my game working fast and only some ads they closed my game.Clear your pvz2 cache. Not all data. (I cleared Google and Google TV data too). Turn off your mobile / tablet. Not restart. Turn off all. And turn on.I checked Penny Persuit, Arena, Piniata Party, Daily quest claim. All working good.Check my tip and tell me. It may be trivial but it works.But I have another bug. 7/8 Daily rewards. I don't see reward from claim free Daily piniata from store... How to fix?

Yes we are all experiencing problems.I suggest you report the problems to EA by pressing the wrench ,then help and report a problem.This forum is for players who try and help and not EA. By filing a report it may prompt them to fix things sooner.

Did you notice that while doing the update the game didn’t load correctly and also there is the old and new app logo.

Another bugs
1. When you claim piniata (3 for main quest per day) game are closed when you click to open...
2. If you have 95% fuel and win 30% you have 70% and next 100%. No more 105% and more... This is stupid.
I have icon with bunny. No problems with instalation.
But now I have game who closed always. I hate this. And probably if I delete and install again, game still with bugs.

@IlidanDA What does game are closed mean? Are you saying it crashes? Or is something else happening with the update? I'm curious as I haven't updated yet and I'm wondering why to expect.

App are closed. When you Play game are closed. Errors etc.
If you don't have New update. You don't have Events, piniata, arena, penny Persuit. You need update. But update with full of bugs now.

Can I confirm with you if you have tried our troubleshooting steps for Android or iOS ? If so, could you confirm the following details:

Name of your device

Version of your device system (you can usually check that in your device's settings)

Just fix it already! Game won't even load - it crashes on the loading screen. I can't collect the daily reward (and if you don't collect on that day, the day is gone),can't even attempt to play pinata party - nothing! I've uninstalled & reinstalled to no avail.
