No ad reward

There is a new ad for skills for life but the ad doesn't give the reward for watching it iv tried waiting until the video stops, clicking on the link to the app, waiting for about 10 mins after the video has stopped and every thing I know of that other ads require you to do but but still no reward I have had that ad 10 times as of writing this and no rewards.
