The powermint is reinforcemint, you get it by using 100 of the mints you got from grinding last month and buying the seeds which come in packs of 25.
Those stupid seed packets have random seeds for different powermints and are a bad idea because even if you bought enough seeds to unlock a particular powermint, you still have to wait until the powermint is in the store.
@MAGICDAVESHROOM I understand what you are saying, but I don’t think I should have to spend 100 power mints when I already spent them on the piñatas/seeds that were supposed to unlock the mint. Please read this whole thread and I think you will understand the scenario.
