Old progress gone
My old progress is gone and I cannot find id of old account. I played every world and now all progress is deleted because of a button force sync player data. What do I do?

Since the forums are a public space, please be careful not to post unedited screenshots containing private personal information (like your email or billing details). If you post them here, it is always best to blur or scratch out any sensitive information.
However, when you submit these screenshots to our support team through your private case, please ensure you provide the full, unedited, and complete images. The account team will need the complete, untouched information to verify your ownership.
