Open the Help case, but the My cases is tab is alway empty
Hello, I lost my progress last Thursday after my table suddenly powered off. I open the case in the PVZ 2 Help to try to contact EA help to recover my progress. The status says, "We received your case," but when I check "My cases" status, it says, "You currently do not have any cases with us," and no email response ever since. I have tried to reopen the help several times, but it is not working. Did I do any wrong here?
