August 6 2024 the plants v zombies app has updated but comes up with the sign ‘patching failed’ ‘error applying content (7)’ I’ve tried switching my iPad off and back on, the same thing happens. I ...
Hi @A1B8553C , try force closing the app and restarting your device again.
If you are playing on iOS you should be able to look your player ID in the device settings (Settings > Plants vs Zombies 2 > Player info).
You can also try turning your phone to airplane mode and try to launch the app to see if you can at least access your player ID.
This way, you can note it down somewhere and you can now try to reinstall the app. If you lose any progress, our EA help will be able to restore your account as long as you have written down your player ID.
