ZCorp Takeover event

After earning 1000+ ZCorp tokens ,I went to purchase the Bonus Plant Mega Piñata which is 600 plant seeds after i tap to make the purchase, the game force closed ,my tokens were gone and I haven't received my rewards. Nothing isn't working ,please help.and for some reason the piñata is still available despite I made the choice to purchase that particular one .
