Payment error

Hello. I cannot make any in-app purchases in Plants vs. Zombies 2.

Every time I try to purchase something, I get this error:

“Error: User Not Authorized. You are not authorized to purchase on this device.”

My Google Play purchases work normally in other games.

My device is Play Protect certified, and my Google Play country and parental controls are normal.

I have already restarted the device and cleared the game's cache/data.

PvZ2 Build Version: 13.4.11

Please check whether my PvZ2 account/device has a purchase authorization issue.
