Payment problem

Hello Support Team,

I am writing from Israel.

I have a problem with in-game purchases in Plants vs. Zombies 2.

My details:

· Country: Israel

· My Google Play account region: Israel

· Device: Galaxy s22 FE

· Game version: latest 

The problem:

When I click on any offer in the game store, I see a popup message: "Error: User Not Authorized. You are not authorized to purchase on this device."

I cannot buy anything, even though my payment method (Israeli credit card) works fine in Google Play.

What I already tried:

1. I reinstalled the game (after saving my progress).

2. I tried on Wi-Fi and on mobile internet (4G).

3. I cleared the cache of Google Play.

4. My account is 100% Israeli, and I am physically in Israel.

Nothing helped.

Can you please check if there is a block on my account or a server issue?
