Pea Vine Penny Pursuit Dr. Zomboss Lvls - Difficulty is too high!!!

I have wasted 9 attempts at beating Dr. Zomboss, I tried different plants strategies such as pea family combos, fire family combos, shadow family combos, winter family combos and all fail because the difficulty is cracked! The boss is making the ice blocks way too fast compared to how they can be destroyed and the weasels eat your plants at a surprisingly stupidly fast rate. I tried different set ups I saw on Ytube and they just don't work for me. My plants are all lvl 4-5 for the majority. It should not be this hard to play a game for no reason at all.
