Penny Pursuit endless loopbug that cannot be resolved through device hard reboot
My Penny's Pursuit crashed. The conveyor belt is still active bringing plants, but the main screen has frozen and there is no way for me to exit. I have tried to hard reboot the game and the iPad, but when I load PvZ up again, it returns to the same point of hang. I've attached a screen shot. I don't use iCloud, but I have done item purchases, so I am scared to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
The first thing you should do is open the iOS settings --> PvZ 2 and take a screenshot of your player ID.
Now you basically have three option:
- Reinstall the game. The App store keeps a backup of you progress so you should not lose your progress. In case anything goes wrong EA can restore your account with the player ID
- Contact EA Help and file a 'missing content' case. They will need your player ID.
- Wait for the next update. Usually an update of the game fixes such issues
Edit: I assume you can't just pause the game and surrender?
