I like to use Penny's arcade as an easy way to get diamonds. In the last couple of weeks I have been having some issues with. It doesn't matter which level or what difficulty I am on when I click play sometimes it just completely closes out and I am back to my home screen. It did this twice in a row last week and my profile got corrupted. Anybody else having issues with this?
I have been playing Penny's Pursuit a lot this week as I wanted the seeds for Seaflora, it seems to be running ok on my iPhones. What gaming device are you using? I ask because it susgests this might be device specific.
It's happened on both my Fold 5 and using BlueStacks on my PC.

If the same fault shows up on different devices, then this might be data corruption on your saved file fronm the server side. Please make sure you note down your player ID as you might need to contact EA help Center for assistance. It is also wise to register your email so it links to your progress if you have not yet done so this is becasue you are likely to have to re-install the game in the near future.
I have not much knowledge on Android so do not aware any check or workaround to get the data corrected but before you make any further attempts, please make sure you have sufficient back up to recover your account. Maybe some forum members here with Android experience can add comments and assist.
