Penny's Pursuit - why need to buy premium plants instead of unlockable packets?

Is dandelion the last former purchasable plant to become available by unlocking seed packets? Starting with chomper, are the rest of premium plant (kiwibeast, torchwood, wasabi whip, jack-o'-lantern...

    @CharlieSupremo If a plant becomes too unpopular, then EA might make it gemium. However, the OPs like Power Lily and Torchwood will remain premium.

    Really makes you wonder why Chomper is still premium.

Those are pretty good teeth but I still think their jaw size is underappreciated😂

      @CharlieSupremo Have you ever tried chomper before? It sometimes comes out in pinata party or epic quests....and honestly for me, i found it one of the most useless plants to have.... I would say unless you have bought every other premium plant, don't bother buying this until then...

        I tried chomper. But in chomper's epic quest is quite difficult due to overwhelming formidable zombies like football and octo zombies.

      It's probably the least respected premium plant in pvz2 there is.

      There was recently an Arena where level 10 chomper was plant of the week and everyone kept digging him up to use more useful plants.

      He needs either some serious buffing or changing to a gemium before players will buy him.

      In pvz1 he had a purpose and worked well with pumpkin.

      Here he comes now.

      "Hello Chomper i was just explai- NO CHOMPER, PLE........"

      CHOMP!
