Penny's Pursuit doesn't refresh | Zomboss "Out to Lunch"

Hi, So this issue has been happening to me since 9.4.1 released yesterday. I'm playing it on Android. When the Penny's Pursuit timer for Zomboss finishes the 12 hours countdown, it resets again auto...

It happened to me twice today so I could not play any of the zomboss fight.

Is there any way how one can get reimbursed for such inconveniences? It feels unfair since the game offers payed content. I have also similar issue with christmas event replay and often games in arena are crashing and I always loose my progress. 

It ruins the experience of playing☹️

@anecccca I opened a case with EA on the first day itself and told them that I lost 2 chances. That would've meant 120 seeds of Cold Snapdragon.

The nice folks added those 120 seeds in my account.
