Not really. They said it was a bug and gave me a bonus. What is the point since I still cannot play. Tried a different device. Tried reinstalling. Installed all updates that came since then. Tried a different account - got to Penny Pursuit and could play it Ok. So the problem is only with my account (on which I have purchased stuff). Very disappointed and have not played since then as Penny Pursuit was my favourite part ☹️
Also my favourite and they also didn't solve it for me. Lost everything just like you. To not have a solution for this is really absurd.
Do you know if there is a way of opening the worlds without having to play the world before?
Anyway, I wish we could choose who to play with and invite friends for a battle hehe

Yes I have tried all of this, as was suggested by the customer support. No luck and no support.

Hi @csy092 @JulianaEvan Would you be able to share the make/model of the device your using? Also Does trying a different network make a difference when you launch the game and try to progress?
