Shop issues

I’ve had this ongoing issue for quite a while now where the level up plants section in the adventure tab hasn’t been there. It was fixed for a single refresh and then the next time it should’ve refreshed there was nothing there. I’ve been ignored on this issue or told the issue was fixed when it really wasn’t it’s quite aggravating because I can’t do anything about it. I just tonight spoke with one of the support agents Govind who suggested I try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, after finding out that didn’t work he assured me it was something server side that he’d pass up to the team who could find a solution as soon as possible. Govind is the only agent who actually treated me as another human being, everyone else treated me as if I was stupid and subhuman their only solution being report it as a bug which I had done 5+ times at that point.
