You're not the only one, It's another known bug🐛.
Contact EA HELP CENTER (below), give them your player i.d. number and they might be able to fix it.

This usually happens when you don't have an internet connection. If you have an active internet connection and the issue persists, try restarting the game.

EA told me it could do nothing about resetting the Pinata clock and I had to wait 29 days for mine to count down !!
I hope they are willing to help you out. Be persistent and insistent.
