Perdi mi progreso por mi hermano tenia avanzado hasta el mundo prehistorico y tenia unas cosas como puedo recuperarlo en la cuenta de ea dicve que ahora no tengo nada
Nothing yet. I’ve quit playing for now. I can’t get a straight answer from ea customer support. Just responses that tell me there is nothing that they can do. I would like an explanation as to why I lost all the content of my game, but don’t see one forthcoming. Years of progress lost, had all plants unlocked, all power ups unlocked, leveled up fairly high, most plants, including premium, M50 or more. EA offered to unlock ten plants, said that was the best they would do. Again, why would I resume playing and spending money on this game, or any EA game, if EA has demonstrated that they will not support their customers?
@dsnyd2013 I am in the same situation...there is no response after over 50-60 same responses from them now they stopped responding....Its just crazy.
Apple-like soft threatened me not to raise this with them, saying they won't take any action and they are not obliged to give any reason for this
@tommystarman had his account restored (hooray!), but he seems to be the only one and last night there is an issue with Google playstore (Android users only) that is reportedly being addressed.

Yup, Google playstore is broken until Google fixes it, it can't be relied upon to save Android user gamedata as it normally does.
This leaves EA HELP as the only Android backup.
Bet that makes you happy.
EDIT: The game is playing as normal on my phone, but if i was silly enough to try updating, clearing data or reinstalling i would be in the poopcap 💩.
- tommystarman6 years agoRising Adventurer@MAGICDAVESHROOM I use apple devices, however my note 4 is tied to it also and I uninstalled because google was saying services missing, reinstalled but nope won't link my profile backup :/ good news is I can still play on my iPad, iPhone 8Plus and iPhoneX, I hope they get this fixed! I'm doing a reset now and a restore of my android note 4 as we speak hoping to fix it!
- tommystarman6 years agoRising Adventurer@MAGICDAVESHROOM I have my iDevices and the player ID but when I install the game onto my Note 4 it's giving me a different player ID, I have saved the pp.dat file from my iDevice, is there a way to edit and put the correct player id in the Note 4 so all my devices sync like they used to?

- tommystarman6 years agoRising Adventurer@MAGICDAVESHROOM Easy fix after thinking about it, just go into my iPhone first and register under my email, put in the code, then register on my android and put in the code, bam! Linked!!!!
