Hey — I had the same issue once. First try closing and reopening the game, then check your in-game inbox or inventory — sometimes purchases take a few minutes to show up. If it’s still not there, contact PopCap/EA support and include your GCash receipt, the order ID, and your player ID so they can verify and add the item manually. That usually fixes it.
