Plants Vs Zombies 2 Arena Bug

So I was just playing the arena, when I reached 500 points in arena to unlock shine vine. When I tried to claim it or unlock it, it showed that I claimed it, but it was not in my almanac. I tried contacting support which brought me here. Thanks.
