Plants vs. Zombies 2 Bug!

Heard of a few people losing all progress from this last update. I’m having the exact same issue and I am very scared that EA won’t be able to resolve this terrible technical problem. Please help me EA!!!’n

I have lost everything and I’ve been playing the game for well over 10 years
