Plants Vs Zombies 2 register error

When I put my email in it keeps saying registration error.

    Hello Everyone!

    I wanted to check if everybody is still running into this issue? If so can you try going through our troubleshooting guides as well as trying a different network (cell versus wifi or vice versa) and let me know if this continues for you?

I had the same problem except that when I tried to press play to start the game up the game would constantly crash so I tried to back it up with google play and when I reinstalled the game the problem with the crash was fixed but all my data was deleted
