Plants Vs Zombies 2 register error

When I put my email in it keeps saying registration error.

    Hello Everyone!

    I wanted to check if everybody is still running into this issue? If so can you try going through our troubleshooting guides as well as trying a different network (cell versus wifi or vice versa) and let me know if this continues for you?

@xoforaylan Following the troubleshooting does nothing, it is a problem at EA's end quite obviously. I have spent a lot of money on purchases from popcap/EA. I should be able to get back my progress and purchases from my previous android device. I now have a new ipad which I bought pretty much specifically for plants vs zombies 2, yet i can't access my profile. This must be resolved ASAP
