everytine i open the game on my android phone this messgae always appear "Please tell us age"
if i type my age there is no text appear on the text box. so i cannot play the game. please help me how to delete or bypass this message. thanks.

In order to clear your keyboard from the screen, please simply tap the back button on your device. It will not close the game, but it will lower your keyboard out of the way, allowing you to continue!

Per the info provided by some of the prior posts in this thread, you will want to make sure that you are using the default keyboard in your device, and not an alternative keyboard.
As for the reason why the game asks for this, I'm sure it has to do with laws that don't allow businesses to collect information about children under a certain age. In the US that age is 13. I don't know what it is in other countries. In order to ensure they comply with these laws, the game will ask for your age, and you won't be allowed to play if you are younger than that. If it forgets the answer, it might ask again.

I am using blustacks on my computer for PVZ. i came in that problem and i solve it and now i am playing PVZ. first i download GO LAUNCHER and open it . then after downloading the launcher open the pvz there, and when you open pvz , 'Please tell us your age' click on the box and a go launcher key board will appear. it happens to me i solve my problem. go and try it if you have the same problem ... 🙂
