Premium Plant events
Why don't you get the seeds of the premium plant you've just played five levels with? I used my power ups to win the games obviously expecting to receive atn least some seeds for my Boom Balloon flower.
If there are specific seeds in those quests then they say so, otherwise there is a random selection of premium seeds.
