Problems with in-app purchases

I purchased in-game content, but it says the purchase failed. I actually paid the required amount for the content, but I haven't received it yet. I sent a screenshot as proof that I paid.

    If still not receive item, contact EA help for return a refund .. EA have in below this forum.. good luck
