Problems with purchases

So in PVZ2 anytime I try to access the store it tries to restore my purchases even though I'm positive it did that already and I get this prompt "Unable to complete purchase. Please try again" whenever it tries to restore them and I can't make any purchases with money because of it I've been trying the buy the tomb tangler and levitater bundles and I can't buy them

    @ZorbZorb 

    Did you recently do a reinstall?

    (In which case you are treated as a new player and get different offers in the store).

    Can you see prices on the items?

    (Which means your store is properly connected to the correct server so should work).

    If it just says Buy then it isn't properly connected.

    This is a worldwide game in many regions and the stores are in different currencies because EA loves taking your money.

    Perhaps these offers are so popular that the servers have become overloaded?

    Still have the same problems. This problems occur for more than 4 month maybe up. This problem occur after the problems restoring purchases in the shop after you fix it now turn to unable to make purchase. I like to get the black friday deals but it turn out there is no solutions because I already try all your solution and noone solve it
