Profile Freezing on Menu

On my game , a bug has occurred where on the main menu screen where it shows the profile name. When I tap on it to change my profile my game freezes and everything stops working. This issue has happened because I was unable to play into my main account for some odd reason and my game froze. So I deleted the game and redownloaded and went through the tutorial again and that profile runs well. The moment I try to switch profiles on the menu. The game just stops and freezes.
