Not able to claim Valenbrainz & February 1st day claim

I'm frustrated that I only got the valenbrainz & February so late  (usually at 8am GMT+8, but today 2as like around 1 to 2 pm) & yet I can't claim both at all, I strongly believe this bug should be fixed ASAP too.  

Updated: till now I've been getting a days earlier item/plant for daily log in & the valenbrainz, unable to get what I currently should have. If this bug keeps continuing I might as well not play, as I'm not being compensated for what I lost on a daily basis. 

Ps: One of the attachment file has Player ID on it
