Progress lost after Christmas update

All my progress deleted after the Christmas update even though I am backed up to iCloud and signed in with my ID. This is ridiculous. Please restore people’s games. Stop blaming us for not having backed up our accounts or having unlinked accounts. My account is linked and backed up on iCloud and somehow you still deleted my game. Please fix this for your customers and stop passing the buck for your big mistake. You make it impossible to contact anyone to notify them of the issue. I’m done with EA Games.

  • Links at EA site take me in circles. Can’t find option to contact anyone. Do you know an actual contact link?

  • Do you have the link? I am in the same position. I go to EA Help and can only access the chatbot. There is a giant banner stating that advisors can't restore my profile for unlinked accounts.

    I've been playing since the game was released. EA never sent any notifications that my profile had to be linked. I linked mine with Apple's Game Center.
